Ngon 3 Mien wishes to become a familiar culinary destination for Vietnamese people – a place to preserve the traditional taste of claypot rice through each rich, cozy meal. We choose clean ingredients, cook with heart and serve with kindness, so that each meal is not only a dish but also a memory, a family – connecting people with the taste of home.
Our story
For us, a restaurant is not just a place to eat. It is a space for you to gather with friends, organize parties with your family, entertain business partners or simply have a full meal after a day of work. We take care of every detail in the space so that you always feel comfortable and familiar like you are at home.
We often say to each other: “Customers come to eat, but must bring joy back.” And that is why friendly service, well-rounded dishes, reasonable prices and a cozy atmosphere have always been the core values that Ngon 3 Mien has pursued since its inception.
Our philosophy
For us, a delicious meal is not only about the taste, but also about the emotions after each bite. Ngon 3 Mien believes that cuisine is the thread that connects people – between the past and the present, between family and friends, between the countryside and the city. Therefore, each dish here is cooked with heart, served with kindness and carries the soul of the three regions of the country.
We do not follow trends, but choose to preserve ancient values – from the way of braising fish and stewing meat, to the way of serving a meal with a bowl of fish sauce in the middle. Because, in today’s world full of choices, sometimes what we need most is just a simple, heartwarming meal.
Space at Ngon 3 Mien
The restaurant space is designed in the style of an old Vietnamese house, with tiled roofs, bare brick walls, wooden tables and chairs and airy courtyards covered with green trees. It feels like returning to your hometown, where you can have a cozy meal with your family, amidst a peaceful and simple setting. This is not only a place to eat delicious food, but also a place to find peace and intimacy amidst the busy life of the mountain town of Pleiku.
